Where my barista journey began
The first time I visited my uncle’s coffee shop, I was overwhelmed with joy. The scent of freshly brewed java wafting through the air was utterly delightful. From that point on, I knew barista-ing was my destiny.
I was astounded by the selection of coffee drinks as well as the variety of pastries and desserts. It was clear that my uncle had put a lot of thought into creating a cozy atmosphere for his customers. I was inspired by his attention to detail and his commitment to providing quality drinks and snacks. He even took the time to explain the intricate details of brewing the perfect cup of coffee. As I watched him interact with customers and make them feel welcome, I realized that I wanted to create a similar experience for people. I knew then and there that I wanted to pursue a career in the coffee industry.
