Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together butter and granulated sugar.
Mix in eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix together.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts or cinnamon chips.
Spray Stoneware Baking Ring with cooking spray or brush with butter or oil and pour half the batter in the ring. Sprinkle half the filling/topping on top of the batter. Pour in remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining filling/topping on top.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. (Note: My oven only took 30 minutes.).
Serve warm from pan or let stand until ring is cool to the touch and invert onto plate to serve.
