Tips for Perfect Results

“The perfect way to fuel your workout and get your caffeine fix.”

To make sure your protein coffee recipe is absolutely perfect, here are some tips to keep in mind:

1. Choose the Right Protein Powder:

Choosing the right protein powder can make a big difference when it comes to flavor, texture, and even the number of grams of protein per serving. Opt for a high-quality, unsweetened protein powder that complements the flavor of coffee. Vanilla protein powder works especially well in this recipe.

2. Use Cold Brew or Iced Coffee:

Using cold brew or iced coffee instead of hot brewed coffee will give your proffee recipe a smoother, less bitter flavor that pairs perfectly with protein powder.

3. Mix Protein Powder with Water First:

To ensure that your protein powder dissolves completely and doesn’t clump up in your drink, mix it with water first before adding it to your coffee.

4. Get Creative with Milk Substitutes:

If you’re dairy-free or simply looking for an alternative to cow’s milk, try plant-based milk substitutes like almond milk or pea milk to add richness and creaminess to your coffee drink.

5. Don’t Overdo It:

While adding extra protein to your morning cup of joe can be a smart health move, be careful not to overdo it on protein shakes throughout the day just because they’re quick and convenient. Keep portions in mind and stick to making this “protein coffee” recipe as an occasional treat rather than an everyday habit.

Protein Coffee Recipe

I liked this drink after I made the changes I made listed below. This is a easy way to get your protein. I posted it for safe keeping. When I made this recipe I made changes to it because to me it was like drinking watered down coffee/cocoa. I used about 3 tbl maxwell house coffee. I also ran out of milk so I made up some with powdered milk. I used 2 scoops of protein powder. I used a whole packet of cocoa. I used almond sugar free syrup. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
