Ingredients
  

  • 32 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • sugar or artificial sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee the night before the occasion and refrigerate.
  • Use some to make ice cubes so it will not be diluted when the ice melts. You can put a sprig of mint into each cube. It looks pretty and has a nice taste.
  • Add scoops of vanilla ice cream. Sweeten to taste.
