Ingredients
  

  • 4 apples
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Slice 4 apples
  • mix with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 5 teaspoons sugar.
  • Batter-.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients.
  • in a greased tube pan alternate batter with apples.
  • Beginning and ending with batter.
  • 350, for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
