Brew coffee using filter or espresso, depending on your preference. For this recipe, a dark roast coffee is recommended to complement the sweetness of the vanilla soy milk.

While the coffee is brewing, mix 1 cup of vanilla-flavored soy milk with ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and add brown sugar to taste. Set aside the mixture until the coffee is ready.

Once the coffee is done, let it sit for a few minutes to allow it to cool down. Add 8 ounces of the brewed coffee into a glass with plenty of ice cubes.

Pour the vanilla soy milk mixture on top of the coffee and give it a good mix. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add some more brown sugar or vanilla syrup to taste.

For an extra special touch, top with a dollop of caramel chocolate fat-free topping.

Now you have yourself an amazing cup of coffee vanilla soy that can compete with any cafes’ latte recipes.

Tips for Perfect Results

Put a little “yum” in your morning routine.
Put a little “yum” in your morning routine.

Now that you have the recipe for Coffee Vanilla Soy Milk, it’s crucial to ensure a perfect result. I have some tips on how to make the best iced vanilla soy latte you deserve.

Firstly, brew a strong coffee. Using dark roasted coffee brings out more flavors in your latte, but any roast coffee will do. Filter coffee or espresso – both work well with this latte recipe.

Secondly, add vanilla syrup or vanilla extract (optional). Vanilla beans are native to Mexico and add natural sweetness and creaminess to your drink. If you want a dairy-free alternative, I recommend using Silk Almond creamer or Silk Soy creamer instead of milk.

Thirdly, add caramel or chocolate fat-free topping (optional). Adding a small amount of chocolate or caramel sauce levels up the taste profile and makes it irresistible!

Lastly, refrigerate all ingredients before making iced coffee. Mixing warm components with cold ones will dilute the flavor of your drink. So, set aside some time to make sure that everything is chilled!

By following these tips, you can make an excellent vanilla soy milk latte every time!

As a barista, I know that soy milk can be a great non-dairy option for coffee. With the right techniques, it’s possible to produce a quality foam similar to that of dairy milk. I’ve found that soy milk’s rich, nutty flavour can even complement the taste of a good quality brew. So, there’s no need to compromise on foam when using soy milk.

How do you make soy milk coffee taste better?

To create a delicious cup of cafe au lait, first froth the milk until it has a light and airy consistency using the milk frothing wand. Next, fill a mug with 8 ounces of freshly brewed black coffee and add a splash of liquid soy milk while stirring it in. Don’t forget to save some of the foam for the top! If desired, you can sweeten the drink by drizzling a bit of wildflower honey and sprinkling a dash of cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Coffee Vanilla Soy Milk

Coffee Vanilla Soy Milk Recipe

I LOVE coffee milk. My SIL is from RI and Autocrat coffee syrup was a favor in a gift basket she left in our room at her and my brother's wedding. I've been hooked ever since. Just recently I found that I love vanilla soy milk. One morning there wasn't enough cow's milk for both me and the kids so I tried the syrup in the soy stuff. Its a wonderful combination, better than the original. Its also a great bonus that I find the soy milk to be very filling and therefore diet friendly. Even if you aren't crazy about soy milk, get a small jug and give this a try.
