Step 1: Brew Fresh Coffee

First, it’s important to brew some fresh coffee. Our recommended amount is 8 ounces of freshly brewed hot coffee. You can use any coffee brand of your choice, but we recommend going for a grass-fed option.

Step 2: Prepare Vanilla Cinnamon Butter

While the coffee is brewing, let’s create the star ingredient of this recipe- the vanilla cinnamon butter. Start by mixing one tablespoon of unsalted butter with a quarter teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and a quarter teaspoon ground cinnamon in a small bowl or cup.

Step 3: Blend with MCT Oil and Coconut Oil

Add a teaspoon of coconut oil and two teaspoons of MCT oil to the bowl or cup. Combine everything well.

Step 4: Pour Coffee and Add Buttered Mixture

Pour your freshly brewed hot coffee into your mug of choice. Next, add the vanilla cinnamon butter mixture into your freshly brewed hot coffee, then mix everything together with an immersion blender or a milk frother until frothed and creamy!

Step 5: Serve with Cinnamon-Packed Whipped Cream

For an extra kick of cinnamon goodness in every sip, we recommend serving it with a cinnamon packed whipped cream. Make sure you get heavy whipping cream to create that perfect fluffy foam in your whipped cream.

Vanilla Cinnamon Buttered Coffee recipe is heavenly delicious even without any substitutions or variations. However, sometimes we may want to change things up a bit and give a twist to this classic recipe. I have put together some ideas of possible substitutions and variations you can try with the Vanilla Cinnamon Buttered Coffee recipe.

First, for those who are following a vegan or dairy-free diet, you can replace grass-fed butter with vegan butter or coconut oil. Although this will change the taste of the coffee slightly, it will still taste pretty good.

Another substitution that I often use when making my vanilla cinnamon buttered coffee is Splenda sugar substitute instead of sugar. It’s not only low carb, but it also has fewer calories than traditional sugar and tastes sweet enough.

For those looking for a more intense cinnamon flavor, you could add cinnamon creamer bombs or a sprinkle of cinnamon toast on top. Instead of cinnamon sticks, add a touch more cinnamon powder directly into your cup.

If you’re feeling extra adventurous, why not try making a cafe mocha by adding 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder along with vanilla extract to the brew? This tasty twist will create an entirely new flavor experience!

Lastly, If you’re looking to cut down on calories, just skip the Splenda and swap milk with almond or oat milk. This substitution will make your coffee lower in fat and calories without sacrificing any of the flavors.

Remember that these are just suggestions; feel free to experiment with different variations and substitutes to create your perfect Vanilla Cinnamon Buttered Coffee recipe!

This vanilla cinnamon buttered coffee recipe can be made ahead of time, stored, and reheated for when you need a quick pick-me-up.

To make ahead of time, brew a fresh cup of coffee and add the ingredients as mentioned in the recipe. Allow the coffee to cool down to room temperature before storing it in an airtight container. You can store this coffee in your fridge for up to 24 hours.

When it’s time to enjoy your vanilla cinnamon buttered coffee, you can reheat it on your stove top or microwave until it’s hot. If you choose to reheat it on the stove top, use low heat and keep stirring continuously until the coffee is heated through. Reheating slowly will ensure that the butter doesn’t separate.

It’s important to note that this coffee should not be stored for more than 24 hours, as the butter may go rancid and spoil. So, be sure to plan accordingly and only make enough for what you’ll consume within that timeframe.

Overall, making this delicious and creamy coffee ahead of time is a great idea for busy mornings or when you’re on-the-go. Just pour it in your travel mug and off you go!
